The college decided to inform me class for this semester was canceled the day before it began. Not like, "cancelled for the day" ...as in, I'm expecting a refund at the end of the month.

On the bright side, this spares me more time over the summer to really go into hyper-mode and knock out these animations.

Additionally, a good friend of mine provided me with the P90X workout DVD sets, and I'm excited to get to work on that too....it's probably going to kick my ass, but I think it'll be worth it.

Also, of all the fuckin' luck, the tire on my bike is flat AGAIN somehow, and this really pisses me off. I don't want tires that'll last a week any more than I want dealerships trying to fuck me over with overblown prices.

These are annoyances and nothing more...but damn, I'm annoyed.

Time to get whipped in shape!

Sounds like your school is really ON THE BALL if you KNOW WHAT I'M SAYIN' LLOLOLOLOLOLKOLLOIOLLOL11

OLOLOLOLOL HOLY FUCK I HATE YOU SO GODDAMN MUCH.

Hey are you still thinking of making that Zone of the Awesome comic series?

To be perfectly honest, since it's becoming more and more apparent that I'll be spending more time in flash in my immediate future, trying to dish out a comic regularly in Photoshop seems like a big chunk of my time I could be devoted into something else.

Still, I can't help but keep thinking about Zone of the Awesome. I know I'm not going to do it like Egoraptor again, as I'd only be fueling the fires for the Awesome genre which has seemed to have died off years ago, but ZOA still stands as my most popular flash...and I left out SOOOO much of it, that I tend to wonder how much greater it could've been if I had more patience or skill.

It's a bunch of "what-if's." or "woulda shoulda coulda's", and the bulk of it's popularity could stem from the fact that there ARE more Awesome video game parody fans on NG than any Dick Neck or "tiny, rushed vignette" fan. But I hate that I left it out on a cliff-hanger (like Dick Neck), and I've been thinking about closing it off.

One song in particular got me pumped for an epic conclusion to Zone of the Awesome. "Zone of the Awesome's End" would quickly recap all of the filler in the game that we missed and take us straight into the finale. The way I see it, I've tried doing thing's Egoraptor's method and failed...I did kind of make it my own parody. Now if I'm going to do it my way, I want to do it how I like it by trying my hand at genuinely awesome mech action...totally faking out people! They'll watch Zone of the Awesome's End awaiting fast-paced Metal Gear Awesome esque comedy, and it would seem like that's what they're getting at first, only to get switched around with explosions, fights, and epicness.

tl:dr, if I were to return to Zone of the Awesome, it would be in a single massive conclusive flash sequel.

All Points Bulletin.

If only you weren't so busy all the time now.

I now have the skill and tools required to make good, authentic sounding drums for some Awesometech 2.
